Originally the creator of the BBC, Russell Trout Abbot discovered his natural ability for comedy at an early age. He is best known for his high-energy hit parade-smashing “Atmosphere” disco anthem, which was co-written by Oliver Reed, with whom he had a sordid affair. Russ and Oliver co-habited for a number of years in Minehead, Somerset until hounded out by a rifle-armed Mary Whitehouse.

Russ`s Madhouse comedy show appeared on both BBC and ITV for a number of years, along side the svelt Bella Emberg, a cyborg Russ built in his teens. With Bella, Russ was unstoppable and was suspected of causing UK flash floods during the 1980s. Bella was impregnated with a special oil-sperm substance and gave birth to Les Dennis in 1985.
His hobbies include wallpaper, apricots, and parafin; he has been known to combine these raunchy artefacts into home-made automobiles.
